Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product.
Sale Items
Sale, Discount items, Closeouts, and Final Sale items cannot be refunded. However a store credit will be issued and can be used on your next purchase.
If
your product arrives damaged or defective, your product may be returned
after contacting R. D. Jones Company. Please submit photo
images of the damaged or defective product. Customer has ten (10) days
from arrival date to contact R. D. Jones Company.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item.
For
any shipments returned to us due to being Unclaimed, Un-deliverable,
Insufficient Address and/or Refusal upon delivery, any costs associated
will be the sole responsibility of the customer. All refused shipments
will be charged the full value of the product and the shipping.
Please ship all orders prepaid and insured with the
items wrapped securely in the original packaging. Items must be in
original, un-used and un-opened condition. We are not liable for items
that are not shipped according to these policies or items that are lost
or damaged during shipping. We recommend shipping using a service that
provides a tracking option. Once the returned item is received and
accepted for return, a credit for the price of the returned item(s) will
be issued only to the exact credit card used for the purchase; no
exceptions. Allow at least 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear
on your credit card statement.
Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer service staff has authorized the return. Contact us if you have any questions in regards to returning an item.
Processing Time
Processing Time is the expected period of time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped from our facility. Our processing time is between one to three business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping Delays/Risk of Loss
R. D. Jones Company is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen.
Shipping
delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should
be considered when calculating shipping times.
Once items have
left our facility, risk of loss is passed on to the customer, and we
cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive to the
customer. If necessary, we will gladly prepare an investigation with the shipping company to
assist with any issues or loss. We cannot be held responsible or liable
and will not be able to refund any transactions due to lost, stolen or
late arrivals.
